How It Works

We start with a technical assessment of your codebase, tooling and team structure. We match you with engineers who have direct experience in your stack and domain. Engineers onboard onto your systems with access to your repos, comms and project management tools. They are managed day-to-day by your team leads, with Sylent providing performance oversight and technical support.

Skill Profiles

Full-stack engineers comfortable with React, Node.js, Python or your specific stack. Backend specialists for systems programming, API design and database optimization. Engagement Models
